These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Untamed Saints website and services. By placing an order or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Untamed Saints website (untamedsaints.com), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Untamed Saints. You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our services. You further confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information provided during registration or order placement is accurate, current, and complete.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Untamed Saints specializes in made-to-order apparel and accessories. Each product is individually crafted with attention to detail upon receipt of your order. Product photographs, descriptions, and color representations on our website are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, and the inherent characteristics of digital printing processes. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a defect or breach of contract.
We reserve the right to modify product offerings, discontinue items, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is subject to change without prior notice. All prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
3. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Untamed Saints. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet our eligibility requirements.
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we commence production of your custom-made product. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except as expressly provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is required at the time of order placement. We accept payment through authorized third-party payment gateways as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including product costs, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.
In the event of payment failure, order processing will be delayed or cancelled. We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or penalties imposed by your financial institution or payment provider.
5. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Production of made-to-order items typically requires (3-5) business days from the date of order acceptance. Shipping and delivery require an additional (5-7) business days depending on your location and the courier service selected.
Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information via email. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the courier.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Returns and replacements are governed exclusively by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, printing errors, or delivery of incorrect products.
All return requests must be accompanied by an unboxing video and photographic evidence as specified in our Return and Refund Policy. Claims submitted without the required documentation will not be processed. Upon approval of a valid claim, we will issue store credit valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance or provide a replacement product at no additional charge. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Products that have been used, washed, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Orders placed for the incorrect size due to customer error are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content displayed on the Untamed Saints website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, and software, is the exclusive property of Untamed Saints or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties.
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) using our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks; (c) interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our website; (d) submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (e) engaging in fraudulent activity, including abuse of our return and refund policies; (f) collecting or harvesting personal information of other users; or (g) using automated systems or software to extract data from our website without permission.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Untamed Saints, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of our website or products.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Color variations resulting from screen display settings or standard printing processes do not constitute defects and are not grounds for liability.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Untamed Saints and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any rights of another party; (c) your misuse of our website or services; or (d) any false or misleading information you provide.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Untamed Saints reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Untamed Saints regarding your use of our website and services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
