Return & Refund Policy

At Untamed Saints, every piece is crafted individually with meticulous attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, and replacements.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons only:

  • Product received damaged or defective
  • Printing defects or misprints
  • Incorrect size delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Package received in visibly damaged condition

Required Documentation:

To process your claim fairly and efficiently, we require the following proof:

Unboxing video – A continuous, unedited video from the moment you open the parcel
Clear photographs of:

  • The defect or damage
  • The complete product
  • The packaging and courier pouch
  • The size label (if size-related)

Please note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be approved.

2. Wrong Size Ordered by Customer

If you ordered the wrong size, we're unable to offer a free exchange or return, as each product is made to order specifically for you. You're welcome to place a new order for the correct size.

3. Lost Packages

If your shipment is marked as lost by the courier, we will issue full store credit (valid for 60 days) or send a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Color Variations

Minor color differences may occur due to screen brightness, device settings, or standard digital printing variations. These are normal and not considered defects.

5. Damage During Unboxing

If the product is accidentally damaged while opening the package with scissors or sharp objects, we cannot offer a replacement. Please open your package carefully.

6. Damaged Package at Delivery

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please:

  1. Inform the delivery agent immediately
  2. Note "Package Damaged" when signing for delivery
  3. Photograph the damaged parcel before opening

This documentation helps us validate your claim and process it quickly.

7. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified and approved:

  • Store credit are processed within 3–5 business days, OR
  • A replacement is shipped at no extra charge

Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue and can be used for any purchase on our website.

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. All approved claims are resolved through store credit or product replacement.

8. Refused or Cancelled Orders at Delivery

If an order is refused or cancelled at the time of delivery, the partial/prepaid amount paid during checkout will not be refunded. This is because the product is made to order and shipping, handling, and production costs are already incurred.

9. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Used, washed, or worn products
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Claims without an unboxing video
  • Minor color variations due to screen/printing
  • Change of mind or preference

10. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at support@untamedsaints.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue
