SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Untamed Saints. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.


1. PROCESSING TIME

All products offered by Untamed Saints are made to order and individually crafted upon receipt of your purchase. Production and processing typically require three to five (3-5) business days from the date of order confirmation and payment verification.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in India. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.


2. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES

Upon completion of production, your order will be dispatched via our authorized courier partners. Standard shipping within India typically requires five to seven (5-7) business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the courier service assigned.

Total delivery time is calculated as processing time plus shipping time. For example, if processing requires three (3) business days and shipping requires seven (7) business days, you can expect delivery within approximately ten (10) business days from order placement.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on courier performance, destination remoteness, weather conditions, customs clearance (if applicable), and other factors beyond our control.


3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations at this time. All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address where someone is available to receive the package during standard delivery hours.

If you require shipping to locations outside India or have special delivery requirements, please contact us at support@untamedsaints.com prior to placing your order.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination address, and selected shipping method. Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time. Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping within India and may be subject to minimum order value requirements or other conditions as specified in the promotional terms.

All shipping costs are non-refundable, even in cases where a return or replacement is approved under our Return and Refund Policy.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information and a tracking number. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier's tracking system.

Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the courier's system. If you experience difficulties accessing tracking information or have questions about your shipment status, please contact us at support@untamedsaints.com.


6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND RECIPIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package to the address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete and that someone is available to receive the package during standard delivery hours.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. You may be contacted by the courier to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Please ensure that you or an authorized recipient is available to accept delivery. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.


7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES AND RETURN TO ORIGIN

If a package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts and is returned to origin (RTO), we will contact you to determine the appropriate resolution. In cases where the return is due to incorrect address information provided by you, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

If the return to origin is due to courier error or circumstances beyond your control, we will reship your order at no additional cost or issue store credit as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Packages marked as "delivered" by the courier are considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the courier but claimed as not received by you. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly to investigate the delivery.


8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

(a) Inform the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

(b) Note "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt or acknowledgment.

(c) Photograph the damaged package and its contents before opening.

(d) Contact us at support@untamedsaints.com within twenty-four (24) hours with photographic evidence.

Failure to report package damage at the time of delivery may affect our ability to process your claim with the courier.

If your package is marked as lost or missing by the courier, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and, upon confirmation of loss, will issue store credit or send a replacement at no additional cost in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.


9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For domestic shipments within India, all applicable taxes are included in the product price or calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any additional state or local taxes that may apply.

If we expand shipping to international destinations in the future, customers will be responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing an international order.


10. ADDRESS CHANGES AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we cannot guarantee that shipping address changes or order modifications can be accommodated. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@untamedsaints.com.

Address change requests received after production has commenced or after the order has been shipped cannot be fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address you provided at checkout, even if that address was entered in error.


11. FORCE MAJEURE

Untamed Saints shall not be held liable for delays or failures in shipment or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, or failures of third-party courier services.

In the event of such delays, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide updated delivery estimates when available.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for shipping-related issues is limited as set forth in our Terms of Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Our maximum liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
